Installation Instructions
Special Note on 12V LED Rope Light
This rope light spool is supplied with 3 transformer-ready power cords, each of which have a 0.8 Amp AC to DC rectifier. Splicing these power cords into a 12VAC transformer yields a max run of 12 ft.
For a run of 75 ft., a car battery or DC transformer of at least 5 Amps must be used. If a DC power supply is used, the supplied power cable with AC to DC rectifier is no longer necessary; an ordinary power cord (such as SIV-F102) should be used instead.
