All sales are final; no returns are allowed. Except for the following conditions.
Hardware failure with-in the warranty period or mis-shipped items.
1000Bulbs will honor all stated or implied warranties on our Ballasts.
In some cases, where we have tested the ballast for quality of construction, 1000Bulbs will warranty our ballasts for longer than the manufacturer’s warranty.
