Bulb Replacement

  1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
  2. Pinch the grooves on the sides of the socket. Gently pull the lamp base upwards.
  3. Align the grooves in the base of the replacement lamp with the grooves in the socket.
  4. Gently push the lamp into the socket until you hear a SNAP. That means the lamp base is locked in place.
  5. Replace lamp with only a matching lamp from the set.
  6. In case lamp base of new replacement lamp dose not fit lamp holder:
  • Remove lamp from its base by straightening the wires and pulling lamp out of base.
  • Insert new lamp into the base by fitting wires thought the two holes in the bottom of the base and then bending the wires up onto the sides of the base.
  • Insert completed lamp/base unit into lamp holder.
Fuse Replacement

  1. Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.
  2. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
  3. Open fuse cover. Slide open the panel located on the top of the attachment plus towards the blades to expose the two fuses.
  4. Remove fuse carefully by turning attachment plug over.
  5. Risk of fire. Replace fuse only with correct amperage fuse (check packaging).
  6. Close fuse cover. Slide closed the panel on top of attachment plug

Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
