Pre-lit Christmas Tree Disclaimer
Pre-lit Trees 15 ft. or higher can only be shipped to commercial locations and institutions. We cannot ship to residences. The only exceptions are 15 ft. Residential Frame Trees. These trees are designed for residential installation and can ship to private residences.
Installation MUST be performed by professional installers and MUST comply with all applicable building and electrical codes.
By purchasing any pre-lit Christmas Tree, 15 ft. or higher, the purchaser warrants that such tree WILL be properly installed by professional installers ONLY, and purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for:
the correct and proper installation and maintenance of such tree
any and all damage and/or injury that may occur relating to the installation of such tree
