Job Purpose/Description:

Staff accountant willing to work in all areas of accounting and take on special projects as needed. Willing to work at a detailed level in A/P, A/R, invoicing, bank account reconciliations, and GL account reconciliation. Spread sheet data entry and analysis. Ability to assist Accounting Manager in all areas of accounting to include: accounting system management, monthly financials preparation and monthly closing process.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Recent accounting or full charge bookkeeping with growing company
  
• Medium sized company with high volume transaction processing
  
• Highly organized excellent time management skills.
  
• Microsoft Office Experience a must.
  
• Desktop computer and database applications skills.
  
• Ability to solve day to day problems and address normal business issues.
  
• Maintain professional relationship with customer/vendors/team members.
  
• Experience with the following would be a plus:
  Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
  Experience with Syspro accounting system
  Knowledge of Crystal reporting package

Job Purpose/Description:

Seeking an enterprising and enthusiastic person who is looking for an opportunity that allows for innovative improvement and positive change. This person will focus on all facets of analytics for the online marketing lead generation team: online media, social media, display, paid search (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), site search, site targeting, and prospect emails. They will have the lead for providing the business an insightful performance analysis used to understand performance outcomes, communicate across mediums and make effective decisions tying back to return on investment.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  
• At least three to four years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics Business Objects etc.
  
• Two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies
• Three to five years of experience in one or more roles in an online ecommerce or online support environments
  
• Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills
  
• Three to five years of business analysis experience in large size companies with multiple functions / business units preferred
  
• High level of expertise in conducting a/b and multivariate testing
• Mid-level expertise in the Display and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and a minimum one year experience measure success of Display/SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns / efforts
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
  
• Understands relevant technology applications in their area
  
• Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work
