After you recieve your containers, follow the instructions to fill the RECYCLEPAK with the bulbs to be recycled. |

| When the RECYCLEPAK is full, seal the package by following the enclosed instructions to prepare for shipment. |

Complete and attach the enclosed return shipping lable and call to request a pickup. Your container is delivered to Veolia for processing. |

| Step 5 - Record |

| After the package has been processed Veolia will issue a certificate of recycling for your records. |
