Excellent prices backed by excellent service. As a business owner, I have been purchasing bulbs from these folks for quite a while now. I have had no issues with the products and have enjoyed favorable pricing. I have recently also ordered some fixtures that I am extremely pleased with as well. I had a question regarding an erroneous order quantity on the fixture invoice. They immediately responded with accurate information showing the proper number were in transit. They even followed up with further communication and a drop shipment for the rest of the fixtures to expedite the order. I wish all my purveyors were as well run.

An order was placed and Pam W., Pro-Active Customer Service Supervisor notified me within 48 hours that the product was unavailable and would be on back order until October 30th. The option to select another product was offered and accecpted; the process was simple and the transaction was completed within 5 days. The customer service associated with our order was outstanding.

What and absolutely wonderful experience! 1000bulbs.com is incredible. I needed a pretty large quantity of bulbs, and spoke with Pam W. several times. She walked me through the entire process, professionally and quickly. I wish I could hire her to run my customer service department! This is my fourth or fifth order with 1000bulbs and I'm quite pleased with the prices, selection, and service. I typically buy CF bulbs by the dozens for our retail stores and will continue to use their site for future purchases.
I'm especially pleased with the service provided by a spectacular CS rep named Kristie. On a recent order, the bulbs I wanted were out-of-stock, but were going to be re-supplied within a few weeks. Rather than leave me in the dark, Kristie offered to substitute more expensive bulbs for the OOS ones. Great work.

I would highly recommend 1000bulbs.com. Also high kudos to Pam W. in customer service. I purchased 7 spring wound electrical timers on July 17th. I was alerted on July 20th that only 4 were in stock and they were promptly delivered. The remaining 3 were to be delivered at the end of July. I was going to be out a town a lot from then to the end of August and did not want the delivery sitting out on my porch (lots of wind and rain in my area). I called Pam in customer service and explained the situation so she put a hold until Sept 2nd. Pam also sent me the tracking number for those last 3 which will arrive shortly. I ordered some lighting for my daughter's wedding and it was shipped immediately. They were out of stock for 1 pair of icicle lighting and I received one of the pair (but it was not the same I ordered). I completed a purchase from this store through an email that they had sent to me. During the purchase I forgot to enter my coupon # that would have saved me 12%. After the purchase I sent them an email requesting that they credit my account using the coupon savings and I received a return email back from Pam W. saying rewriting the order to reflect the discount would not be a problem... I would think not many online businesses would take the time to honor this type of customer error. I would have to say their customer service is unsurpassed.

Last week I ordered a 25 inch hanging rope light flag and I am delighted with it! We have had a lighted flag in our upstairs window since the war started in Iraq, but those flags were really not very good and did not show up very well. This one is spectacular -- it shines beautifully! And the quality is amazing! Earlier we asked our neighbors to say a prayer for our military every time they see our flag and with this new flag, I know more families will see it. It is wonderful and we love it. I ordered and received several light bulbs in a very timely manner. One of the bulbs was apparently defective as it lasted only 6 hours.
I wrote customer service and received a very prompt response. 1000bulbs.com is sending me a replacement right away. No questions asked.

Before I found 1000bulbs.com, I had purchased over $500 on CFLs, online and from local stores. I did extensive research on the different manufacturers of CFL, the specs and how the transition to CFLs would save money, improve lightning and reduce energy usage.
Of all the websites, 1000Bulbs.com has the widest variety, most complete specifications and easiest website to purchase CFLs.
1000Bulbs.com is simply the best when it comes to lighting. I just wish I had found 1000Bulbs.com sooner.

Excellent prices and accessable customer service. I received very useful advice about which CFBs when I placed my first order...order was shipped quickly. I soon placed another order that was shipped quickly and accurately.
About 6 months later, one of the 2 dozen bulbs I bought (that had a manufacturer 2 year warranty) stopped working. They immediately sent me a replacement.

I purchased a bunch of bulbls from this site. Among them was a set of 8 CFL bulbs for a vanity. 1 of the 8 was not as bright as the others - while they were willing to replace the bulb, they had none left in stock and the manufacturer stopped making them. They even contacted other vendors to see if they could find the bulb. While the search turned up empty and not everything worked out as I had hoped, they were very friendly, very responsive and did everyhting they could to make me happy. Pam W. should be commended for doing everything possible to satisfy me.

Ordered 4 Intermatic EJ500AC wall switch timers on 11/7. The website said my order would be shipped that day, so I assumed everything was fine after I got the automatic confirmation email. On 11/11, I finally got an email saying that my order is not in stock and it has been discontinued. It seems like if they were going to ship the item on 11/7, they should have checked whether or not it was in stock PRIOR TO 11/11. I canceled the order and ordered from another retailer, where everything went perfectly.
By the way, as of 11/26/08, the item is still listed on their website, even though they informed me it was discontinued!

After researching many options, I settled on an Intermatic freeze protection pool timer ordered through 1000 bulbs.com.
I ordered the item on: 15 Aug 08 and it was delivered 10 days later. It was professionally installed and operated normally from 2-20 Sep. On 21 Sep 08 I noted the timer was not operating and after investigating the unit I noticed a burnt electric smell inside the case.
I contacted 1000bulbs customer service department (Mr Shelton) on 24 Sep 08. Mr. Shelton coordinated for another Intermatic pool timer to be mailed to me at no cost (the new timer arrived within 7 days). Additionally, he had an UPS return label emailed to me so I could return the broke timer to the manufacturer at no cost.
Bottom line, 1000bulbs was very responsive to my complaint and had a replacement part in the mail with hours of my call. It is yet to be determined if the new "Intermatic pool timer" is a reliable product...but 1000bulbs customer service department is doing a fine job.

It's great experience to work with Jen L.. She's very professional and friendly and repsonse promtly. She has been helpful providing information of the products especially those not listed in the website, posting me update throughout the whole order. Order does take time from the date ordered to the date received. It takes me 3 weeks for that (but not sure it's only the lutron products). So, if you know you need any of the stuffs you would like to order, order them ahead of time align with your project schedule. I am very satisfied with Jen's work.

I ordered some low wattage lamps to enhance my backyard landscape from 1000bulbs.com. When they arrived, one of the glass lenses had been broken (likely during shipping). I am a satisfied customer of 1000bulbs.com. I found the company after doing an internet search for stores that sell dimmable CFL lights. The order process was simple and easy. If you can't figure something out or if you have a question you can always call and someone will answer your concerns. I wish I had done this, because I ordered the wrong size bulbs for my recessed can lights. I did not discover this until I had already received my shipment. 1000bulbs was happy to take the wrong sized bulbs back, and ship me the correct sized bulbs. I recently had an issue of some of the new CLF bulbs burning out within a week of use. The bulbs are supposed to last 5 years or longer. I sent an email to my customer service rep, Matt McFarlin, and he quickly responded and offered to send me replacement bulbs (even without returning the defective bulbs.) I will be a returning customer.

Try searching google for "light bulbs." First on the list is 1000bulbs.com and for good reason. Website is very easy to navigate and when I had some questions I talked to my account manager Donnie. He gave me the pros and cons for each product and was helpful and polite, thanks Donnie. If you're looking for Christmas decor, set aside a couple of hours and check them out. They even made a HOLIDAY LIGHTING GUIDE that has some interesting tips for decorating, safety and power management. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I have been shopping for LED downlights for my new house. I found the Cree LR-6 to meet my needs. There is no local seller of the product, but I found many merchants online selling the LR-6. 1000bulbs.com had the best price by far. I spoke to Brent Long by phone Monday, and received my order Friday in good condition. I highly recommend 1000bulbs.com.

I required some specialty bulbs that tend to be very pricey ($12-$24 EACH). 1000bulbs had the best price I could find on the net (and believe me I looked hard), and they were <50% of local hardware store prices above.
The sales team made valuable suggestions as to the final selections made.
Order was made Monday and received Thursday morning!
This is one building owner that will shop again at 1000bulbs.

Today I placed my fourth order from this company. When I placed my first order (about 6 months ago) I did a lot of looking on the internet and they seemed to have pretty competitive prices. I have had no complaints with the service to date. I have been dealing with the same person each time and this seems to work well. They have been great with follow ups after the orders as well. I placed an order and received the shipment in two days! Great order processing and shipping turnaround. One of the items was not in the shipment and the packing list stated non-listed items are back ordered. I emailed customer service to confirm this and received a response within 30 minutes providing the estimated arrival date. Great customer service also.
