Rated 5 out of 5 by lots of light I use these light in my barn/work area... 12 foot ceiling and the make better than sunlight in this dark area... October 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by I needed more light in my work shop - problem solved I had four 300 watt incandescent lights in a work shop room 40 x 30) and replaced them with four or the 105 watt CFL lamps. I now have more than adequate light and the spectrum is nearly daylight. This was an economical and quick upgrade over installing new lighting fixtures. These lamps are very bright and easily produce the light of a 500 watt incandescent lamp with a much whiter light. I would recommend these lamps where greatly increased brightness and whiteness is desired. I am very happy with my choice. These lamps are everything that the specification say they are. Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good product I put these in my 36x42 shop with 16' sidewalls so they're up 15' from the floor and the lighting is great. Good price and fast shipping. Will buy again. July 16, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great value for the money These 400W equivalent (105 actual watts) CFL light bulbs definitely make a presence with my clients and does pretty well however I'll need to go with a more natural color temperature next time or simply buy a studio lighting kit. This does make a good start for video and photography use however you might find yourself adjusting your photos to 4200k white balance. March 9, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't Go Into The Light! . . . Seriously, do not look directly into this light unless you want to go blind. I bought this to give my house plants some extra light. Lucky for me, they aren't in the living room, cause this light bulb is definitely museum style brightness. But it has 5000k color temperature, good for vegetative growth. And sure enough, my plants are growing very quickly. April 28, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by simply amazing For only 1/4 the energy consumption, this giant CFL puts out serious light! I use it to grow basil indoors. I've never had a problem with not getting enough light using this 105w cfl April 7, 2012
