Ordered a case (15 bulbs) of the F60T12 bulbs. The large package arrived in just a few days. One bulb was broken in shipment and was identified by the carrier. Apparently 1000 Bulbs has an arrangement with the carrier to (1) open the box, (2) clean up the mess and (3) continue delivery. Great coordination as I didn't have to deal with a broken bulb. When I called 1000 Bulbs, they gave me an instant credit (literally) for the broken bulb. No mess. No fuss. Now, that's customer service! The remaining 14 bulbs functioned as designed. I've bought from 1000 Bulbs before and will do so again.
