Does exactly what it should!
For lighting installations where you actually WANT to see the fluourescent tubes, these are a must. They but out unpleasant glare, and they're a snap to fit - just slide them over the tube before you fit it in the lighting fixture. Great!

Good product.
This product works well to tone down the brightness of the fluorescent bulbs.
