This product worked great in reducing the glare.
This product did exactly what I hoped it would by reducing the glare of our lights. I would buy more when needed.

Must have for cubicle office settings!
These smoke colored tube guards have been excepted by all 300 employees. I have been removing the bulbs and taking them out of the sockets because of the glare they have produced. I spent a lot of time undoing instead of doing something about it. My co-worker in another city informed me of these tube guards and recommended to me to try the smoke color tubes. I purchsed 20 of them to try out and now the employees want me to put the bulbs back in with the smoke tube guards. I will be purchasing a lot more in the near future.The smoke colored tubes produce a warm light without the glare and now i am a hero to my associates. Thank you for a great product.
