Rated 5 out of 5 by toad A preferable light frequency when “full spectrum” lights are not for you; seems closer to sun light without the harshness.
A wonderful bulb for any room including the refrigerator, kitchen and bathroom. Surprising amount of light from a 9 watt bulb, great frequency for identifying colors, well constructed. The only negative is true of all fluorescent bulbs: to have long life, they must be used correctly.
