Not only a CFL, but small! We wanted to buy a new fixture for our lamp post. The one we liked required 3 candelabra bulbs. I almost ruled this out because I wanted to use a CFL lamp for efficiency. But, upon checking I found that there were CFL Candelabra bulbs. But, this particular bulb was the only one small enough to fit into the 3-lamp cluster in this fixture. We have the whole thing now and love it; it is the light of the neighborhood. June 11, 2011
Very bright and compact with very little heat. These bulbs are durable and perfect for covered, outdoor lamps. June 7, 2011
