Many homes suffer from lighting overkill. Many lamps , not the main reading position, carry too much wattage. A 15 watt lites the room just fine for basic passage, and also "expands" the the feeling of space as the walls "withdraw". Save bucks and grow your home. Running a pair or trio of 15 watters brings a home to life, and clearly cost less to run than a single 60.
