Needed to match some existing bulbs. These did the trick. These bulbs provide a good bright light source over our kitchen island, and are nicely matched between the three of them. i.e., same brightness, same warm light color. March 3, 2012
Great for outdoor use I use this product in my outdoor and indoor fixtures. I don't like climbing a ladder to replace bulbs so these are great for my garage fixtures. October 28, 2011
Great, if it's what you want. These bulbs have a lower light output than typical bulbs of the same wattage. They are also rated at 130V. In a typical US household application, it will last three times as long as typical 60 watt light bulbs. If you really like incandescent light bulbs and are concerned you won't be able to buy them any more, a case of these would be a good choice. If you want light output comparable to typical 60 watt light bulbs, get the 75 watt Halco bulb. It will cost you 25% more in electricity for the same light, but you will get the light you want. Clear lights are great for Porch Lights I bought this product because I cleaned and painted my outside Porch Lights and a clear light bulb looks the best. June 30, 2011
The 130 volt rated bulbs seem to last longer. I have had some of the 130 volt bulbs in outdoor fixtures that come on every night and I have not replaced them in 5+ years. June 30, 2011
Thanks 1000bulbs.com. After searching for about an hour to find an economical bulb solution I settled on this model for durability and cost. June 8, 2011
