I am a lamp designer. I love to make lamps with no shades. I find this product a great use for accenting my lamps using no shade. The bulb acts as its own shade!

i wasn't sure about purchasing these bulbs for my island lights. I love them. They produce a warm light over my island instead of a blinding bright light. Yet the lighting is great for working at the island. I will purchase more when necessary!

I found it extremely easy to find the product I was looking for on your web site. I know that I will be using it again. I had been searching for clear silver bowl lights from local lighting stores and big box stores for two weeks with no success. There were even some people who didn't even know what I was talking about. I did a web search and chose 1000bulbs.com over other on line companies because of the price and ease of finding exactly what I wanted.

This is a gorgeous bulb! I use it in a porcelain socket as a light fixture. It gives great light and most people think it's an expensive contemporary light fixture.
