This black male Gilbert replacement plug is the perfect complement for commercial holiday lighting or architectural designs. The SPT-1 plug is capable of handling up to 10 amps and 125 volts, and is UL listed for indoor and outdoor use. The simple slide back cover allows prongs within the cap to make contact easily and safely to the wire in Christmas light stringers or existing lighting sets. You will never need to stretch your lighting set to reach an outlet again. Just attach a plug where you need it.

There are many less expensive copies of this product available but they do not stand up to outdoor conditions. I have had very few breaks, corrosion and pin failures as compared to the cheaper plugs.
