A great ballast with good value
This ballast is a fine ballast, I only wish it could be a little cheaper. One thing to remember is that a cheaper ballast usually doesn't come with a capacitor, which will greatly increase your energy consumption--without a cap it uses more than 2 times the power. That's why I dinged this ballast a point for value, but in the long run it probably pays for itself.
