Offering maximum versatility, the Philips Advance family of SmartMate ballasts for 4-pin compact fluorescent lamps drive a broad range of fluorescent lamps. The Advance ICF-2S26-H1-LD electronic fluorescent ballast operates (2) 26 Watt CFL lamps at 120/277 input volts. Ideal for use in normal light areas, this programmed start ballast is typically used in offices, board rooms, and retail. Also operates CFM32W/GX24q, CFM42W/GX24q, CFQ26W/G24q and FT24W/2G11.

installation and relialibility
easy to install and had zero failures.

Easy to install and works perfectly.
Used this product to replace some failed ballasts and they worked perfectly. Easy to install but some information as to removing the wires from the old ballast would have been helpful. Can't comment on durability yet, but very happy with the product and the vendor.

This product is very easy to install.
I like this product because of the low price and it seems to have a long life and it makes it even better because it's easy to install and we are always having ballast go out on us since our Condo is 7 stories a 2 football fields long.
