I did not have this bulb long enough but it is suppose to last seven years! This bulb saves money on the electric bill and I like the way it looks in my outside lantern. I only wish it could be a little brighter.

If they are supposed to last 7 years dont count on it. . I bought 11 and three of them have died. 2 first year and one yesterday. For the price I could have bought regular bulbs and had money left. I should have sent them back but time I paid shipping I'd have lost even more money.
