Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Replacement Ballast I have just installed 8 of these and couldn't be more satisfied with this product. Wire lengths are generous - no problems with wires reaching all the way to the lamp sockets. All wires are pre-stripped. These are very lightweight and I had no problems fitting them into 5 different fixture types, which previously had many different ballast lengths and sizes. Lamps are instant on and very bright! Best of all, these are electronic, which means no more 60-cycle buzzzz. This is a perfect ballast for anyone retrofitting old F40T12 fixtures. October 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by great product and fantastic price this product works great and the customer service is great also March 19, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent product excellent price! We have used many of these ballasts to convert older t12 fixtures over to the t8 in schools saving alot of time and money. Additional savings for the school on their utility bills and the old annoying hum that comes from the magnetic ballasts is gone, Highly recommend this product. March 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect fit! Just what my shop needed! Install was easy, Such a huge improvment over my old 12's in my shop. Inexpsive upgrade overall. Now I just need 5 more - and thats why I am here today. November 4, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to install. This ballast is excellent for upgrade from T12 to T8 lamps, saves energy and eliminates the 60-Hz "flicker" from the old magnetic ballasts. October 5, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by very easy conversion from T-12 to T-8 This ballast fit exactly how the T-12 ballast fit. The wiring conversion is very simple to follow right on the ballast. September 11, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect fit for intended use, Summary says it all, direct fit for ballast that it replaced. A bit slow on shipping...but reasonable July 7, 2011
