Exact replacement for MH fixture.
The item arrived in a timely manner, was an exact replacement for the metal halide fixture, and it was a good value. This is a hard to find item.

Great product fit well.
What more can you say about an HID socket...it fit the housing and wired up fine. Service was great all around.

Very good but metric mounting holes
Sturdy, well built socket. It would be better if it came with mounting screws. Metric sizes are not common local hardware store items in the US.
Re-tapped to 10-32 was a quick fix for me.

Looks solid, but comes without screws, so, don't throw away your old ones or have new ready

Very high quality and value
Sockets usually aren't the most exciting things in the world as long as they do their job, but I was particularly impressed with the build quality of this one. Amazing value and it's even rated for pulse start systems, too. 1000bulbs rocks!
