True light
i use these bulbs all over my home.
They are low energy while giving off this crystal clear light quality. They seem to last years too!

Great lamp for recessed can or stage par can lighting. You can't beat these prices!

Less energy; good light output
I switched from the 50W to this 35W bulb and am happy. They light up almost as well, but use less energy. I tried to use CFL's in the same fixtures, but you lose the dimming capability and they're not as good at lighting up our desk areas. The Plusrite brand seems to burn out a bit quicker than the more expensive brands, but not enough to justify the extra expense.
