Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by OK replacement for Sylvania Capsylite I have always used Sylvania Capsylite PARs in my Alzak-trimmed can lights so I consider those the standard. This Plusrite bulb seems to perform as well but I have noticed a small bright-spot irregularity in the light, which is over a kitchen countertop. March 30, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by best bulb for the cost I only get approx 1 year of life on these bulbs, they are in my kitchen and are on approx 5 hours per day, I would say I am getting less than the 2,500 hours which almost be 2 years... I have 12 bulbs and I buy them every year. March 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Exceeds rated life I find these bulbs exceed their rated life, and so recommend them as a good value. October 28, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Extremely bright! 1000bulbs.com's prices blow away any of the local big box home stores. I almost returned the light fixture when I found out how much these bulbs were...then I found 1000bulbs.com and placed orders for all my hard-to-find bulbs. These are almost too bright for the fixture I put them in, so I may have to find this size in a smaller wattage bulb. But for an area you really want to be brightly lighted, these are amazing. Rated 5 out of 5 by a good quality value buy This is a good quality "off-brand" bulb if this type of bulb is what you need. Price can't be beat. This is a controlled coverage bulb, not a general coverage type such as a BR bulb. Hint: know your voltage. If you have 125+ volts, you need a 130 volt bulb (this one is 120 volt). September 10, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great value. While I have only had my PAR30 halogen for a few months, I am happy with the quality and photometrics. They were a perfect choice for my auto display barn track lighting. You can't beat the price and service from 1000Bulbs. I will be ordering more. June 30, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by These bulbs are great! The bulbs work exactly as advertised. They have an excellent beam that is plenty of light while not being too bright. Spot effect is excellent in our application. The price is unbelievable. June 10, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very Short Life Bulbs did not last as long as they where rated for. I had bought 3 cases, 25 percent burt out with in 100 hours off use. June 10, 2011
