Excellent product & excellent value
The bulbs provide excellent light coverage for the security perimeter around the house. Very quick delivery of my order was a plus as I waited until I was out of spares to reorder.

Good price Poor life
Like the reviewer above we switched to this bulb in order to save. We have 230 track lights. The bulbs are dated upon installation and we have been using them for well over a year (18mo). What we have found is that these bulbs have less than half the lfe of the slightly more expensive bulbs they replaced. I'm replacing these bulbs which were installed in 2011 (6 to 9 months) vs bulbs still burning which were installed in 2009!!!! We're switching back to the bulbs which are only about 25 cents more and sold here. The cost savings of the bulbs does not offset the replacement costs. This has been our experience. Yours may vary.

Saved us a bunch of money
We replaced our expensive, short-lived PAR38's with these bulbs at one third the cost and double the life!
