Cast aluminum housing photo controls are designed for those locations where high vandalism creates high maintenance. The heavy-duty cast aluminum housing is 20 times more resistant to high-impact objects (i.e. rocks, bats, or small projectiles) than a plastic housing. As the controlling element of the total lighting package and the least costly component, it is most important that the control continue to function under all adverse conditions.
