U-Bend Lampholder - Medium Bi-Pin Socket - Non-Shunted - For Programmed Start Ballasts
This Leviton 13180-U T8 or T12 U6 U-Bend lampholder is for use with fluorescent lamps having a medium bi-pin base. This non-shunted socket can only be used with programmed start ballasts and is rated for a maximum of 660 watts and 600 volts. It has a panel mount and is slide-on self-aligning. This durable socket is also UL listed and CSA certified.

I was replacing T12 bulbs with T8 bulbs and found several lamp holders damaged. After checking local electrical parts stores, I was lost for resources. Of course, Google came to my rescue and directed me straight to <1000Bulbs.com> and the T8 - T12 Ubend Lamp Holders. I also purchased T8 Daylight Ubend bulbs that were not available at Lowe's, Home Depot, or other electrical stores.
