Rated 3 out of 5 by xmasmom Great service
I bought 3 of these bulbs and after a week or so, one of them failed. I wrote to customer service what had happened and asked how to return the bad bulb for replacement. I heard nothing for a couple of days, but then got an email that my replacement bulb was in the mail to me at no charge whatsoever. Happy to say all three bulbs are working beautifully and give off a great natural light. Lifts my spirits and helps my plants, too.

Full Spectrum Lighting is the only way to go. On these overcast and rainy days here in Califonia they sure help a persons mood. The lights are great for reading also!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Felipe Tremendous Energy Savings!
These 23-watt CFL full spectrum bright white bulbs were used to replace previous 220-volt, 175-watt, metal halide bulbs, in fixtures with 640-watt ballasts. The wiring was converted at the breaker panel from 220-v to 110-v, and the ballasts were bypassed in the fixtures. (9) parking garage ceiling lights were involved. The 23-watt CFLs now produce just as much usable light as the former 175-watt metal halides. Annual energy savings $1700. Plus, the CFLs last longer and are less expensive to replace.
