To use with steady-burn rope light, connect the supplied power cord and use 2-wire rope lights in sockets 1 through 8; socket 9 cannot be used in this configuration.
To use with 3-wire chasing rope light, purchase FlexTec part number WL-3C (3-wire chasing controller). A 3-wire rope light may then be used in socket 9 and will chase normally. SOCKETS 1 THROUGH 8, HOWEVER, WILL USE 2-WIRE ROPE LIGHTS. The rope lights in these sockets will not chase, but will flash alternately.
