I ordered six bulbs all of which arrived broken. After submitting a notice, I was sent 6 more very quickly. Of the second six one arrived with a broken filament. Given that this is a rather fragile bulb, that it is rather difficult to find, and also that the price was very attractive, I decided to live with the loss. I would order bulbs from this company again.

Our home has a number of hanging fixtures that use this type of bulb. When I could no longer find them at the big home improvement stores I turned to 1000bulbs.com. The delivery time was quick and the bulbs are exactly what is needed to set off the fixtures.
