These are the first non screw bulbs (there are 2 pins in the bottom) we have ever used. The little 11 Watt bulb gives off plenty of light. We got a new fixture for over the sink with 3 lights. One is focused on the stove, the next is on the counter & third on the sink. It works great and the bulbs are perfect. They are not stocked in stores & we wanted back ups. This is the reason for the order.
