These bulbs give off great light, perhaps slightly cooler than the 2700K rating, but very pleasant. They save energy and look great as well.

Fills a niche in home safety. You install these bulbs wherever
there is a trip or fall hazard. ie the top or bottom of a staircase or a dark hallway where the light switch is only one one end. And leave the light on. It costs about 40 cents a month to run and the accident it prevents is priceless.

The soft light ,2700K is just right. This Mini Spirial
5W ,25W replacement, is the best we ever used ,we have 480 in service for 3 years. They are on 12hours/day .

5 watt CFLs have become difficult to find in local stores - very pleased to find these. Great for low light situations. Basic shipping had them here in just a few days. Double boxed - everything was in perfect condition. Good quality at a reasonable price. :)

Good bulbs at a good price. The package wasn't great and as a result one bulb broke. I just didn't worry about it. To call and make a big deal over it, wasn't worth it. But, having said that, it's a good company.

Low wattage for outdoor stair lights. Perfect light, perfect lumens, as advertised, 30w equivalent for only 5w.

I needed a medium base, very low wattage, long life bulb for a number of outdoor (weather tight) fixtures. All of them are on timers that require a minimum wattage to operate properly. These fit the bill perfectly. They are bright enough for ambience and safety without being too bright (nothing more annoying than outdoor fixtures that are too bright). These are clearly well-made. And if they live up to their life rating, I'll be delighted for a while.

This bulb is perfect for the lamps I have on timers. I produces a soft incandescent bulb color and good light for getting around the room without turning on any others. It is also wise for energy efficiency. I find these bulbs to be great for my uses and I would recommend them to you.
