For a very reasonable price, these bulbs give a very cool appearance both up close and from a distance.
They give a very antique, vintage look to any light!
I put them in my outdoor coach-style lighting fixtures and they look amazing!!!

This bulbs has the great look, exactly what we were looking for in an "Edison" style. Good quality light, perfect for our space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LucyToo Great light and beautiful to look at too!
I ordered several of these for my "studio in progress" - I use 4 in hanging black metal "cages" I purchased on clearance at Target - provides perfect lighting and just what I was looking for from a design perspective.

Rated 4 out of 5 by vintageedison good bulb; inaccurate description
This 60 Watt Vintage (style) bulb is beautiful. The glass is thicker than other 60 Watt option. The bulb is clear, with none of the scuffs I've found on other 60W Edison-style bulbs. My only gripe is the description (at the time I purchased the bulb, at least) said 'tinted', whereas the bulb is clear (and states this right on its packaging). Good that someone at 1000bulbs made the correction; just wasn't soon enough for me.

By purchasing bulbs, cage, and extensor from this company; able to make some pretty special little lights. VERY HAPPY with purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MikeMM Unique look with just the right wattage
These large bulbs have a great antique look. They do not give off as much light as a 60w tungsten bulb. They look great in our outside lamp post and in the crystal chandelier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by VickiIL Looks great, but very dim for 60w
These bulbs look great in our industrial modern light fixtures. However, they are a bit dim for 60w.
I do not understand the negative reviews about the bulbs being so bright that people can't see the filaments, wishing they had bought lower wattage. If you really want the option to see filaments in detail, then buy a dimmer switch at the hardware store for a few bucks so you can go dim or bright. Although these are labeled 60w, they are weaker than conventional 60w bulbs and my dining room now looks very dark. I wish there was a 75w option.
