The MSi IPAR3827101D iPAR38 is simply unbelievable. Featuring genuine Cree XP-E Xlamp LEDs, this long anticipated LED lamp exceeds the light output of a 90 watt PAR halogen, yet consumes energy like a nightlight. It's dimmable, gives off virtually no heat, and can last for more than a decade! The iPAR38 also allows the ability to customize light output right at the lamp itself. MSi's patented 'Power Band' technology allows the user to change the lamp's wattage to 10, 12, or 16 Watts, depending on the lighting needs of the application. You decide at each fixture with a simple click. The lamp comes with a five-year warranty and features powerband variable wattage.

Turn the power ring so that the indexing mark aligns with the wattage setting to be selected. To activate the new setting, turn the lamp off for five seconds and then back on. The iPAR -38 lamp is factory shipped with setting 2 (12 Watts) enabled.

The three settings are as follows:

  • Setting 1 - 10 Watts
  • Setting 2 - 12 Watts
  • Setting 3 - 16 Watts
