The MSi IPAR3830221D iPAR38 is simply unbelievable. Featuring genuine Cree XP-E Xlamp LEDs, this long anticipated LED lamp exceeds the light output of a 90 watt PAR halogen, yet consumes energy like a nightlight. It's dimmable, gives off virtually no heat, and can last for more than a decade! The iPAR38 also allows the ability to customize light output right at the lamp itself. MSi's patented 'Power Band' technology allows the user to change the lamp's wattage to 10, 12, or 16 Watts, depending on the lighting needs of the application. You decide at each fixture with a simple click. The lamp comes with a five-year warranty and features powerband variable wattage.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very bright, Crisp light. Missing adjustment tool. Very bright, a mixed flood spot light, Crisp light. Ordered two, neither came with the adjustment tool to change the brightness. Would prefer a more diffuse light, higher ceilings would make this a better option. October 6, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good quality/great energy savings i have 6 of these and I am satisfied. They are nearly as bright as my previous 90 watt halogen bulbs and all together use less wattage than one of the old bulbs. They are expensive but you get your money back in energy savings. A nice feature is 3 brightness/energy saving options but I have not used the lower options since I need bright light. Quality of light us good indoors. They are dimmable too but don't stay on if dimmed too low. They dim a little differently than normal bulbs. June 8, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great LED Flood lights We are slowly converting our recessed cans to these bulbs to save money. The quality of the light is fabulous. The bulbs are expensive but eventually will pay for themselves and we don't have to worry about leaving them on. Right now we are doing this in the kitchen and the lighting is so much better than with the floods we were using. We are trying to avoid the fluorescent lighting horrors. June 7, 2011
