I have been using this bulb in all of my ceiling track heads for a couple of years and they are totally dependable and the best price I have found anywhere.

I bought these when they were rated at 120W and now the same bulb is only 85W. These cfl take 5 minutes to warm up. When you first turn them on they are very dim.

This product is similar to what you can find more conveniently at Home Depot or Lowes. The base prices is much better, but shipping is pretty expensive. In the end they are at or slightly below the big box prices. I shop here because there is a better selection of color tempuratues and the spefications tell me better about exactly what i am getting vs the limited info on the packaging in the stores.

This bulb is a good replacement for a 75 watt halogen PAR 38 flood. It has good quality light but not as good as a halogen bulb.It is a more diffuse light source better filling the room with light. This bulb has a long warm up time.

These bulbs make excellent replacements for 75-100 watt incandescent bulbs, they run much cooler and have less heat effect on the motion detectors.
