An LED Bulb that makes sense
Up to now LED's were overpriced. This Toshiba product
delivers excellent value and efficiency. Probably the most amazing feature is that you can grab it while it is on and not get burned. This demonstrates that its output is in the form
of light and not heat. Just remarkable and less than 10 dollars for a bulb with a 25,000 hour life.

Good bulb for the price
Got a couple of these on sale and they are a great value! I wouldn't recommend them for main room lighting but they are perfect for desk lamps or nightstand lamps.

Brightness ok, color is not "warm white"
Just got two of these bulbs. They have good brightness but are not really "warm white". Compared to the EarthLED ZetaLux 2 and an incandescent, the Toshiba bulb has a cool color (a bit more blue). So don't expect the bulb to produce a color that compares with an incandescent.

LED bulbs work well
These LED bulbs are supposed to be equal to a 25 watt bulb; I would rate them brighter than that. What you get is a bright, cool white light that is bright enough for a place you just need light and are not reading or working. The best feature is that the LEDs don't produce heat so you won't heat up a space and you won't burn yourself on them. I can't say if they will last forever but maybe I can edit the review in 20 years or so.

Kicks butt.
This bulb puts out a ton of white light and only burns 7 watts. It makes a great reading light. The pattern is not all around like a regular bulb, more like a half sphere. Runs cool. Feels heavy and well built. An excellent bulb.

Great Product for the Price - bought 7 for try out
I bought 7 of these for a try out. Slowly but surely converting the entire office to LED.

Pleasant light in a Paper skinned lantern
We purchased these bulbs to replace 13 watt CFLs in a pair of Japanese hanging paper globe lanterns. The light is excellent, well dispersed and perfect on our patio. The remain on all night every night and our electricity bill went down enough to inspire future purchases of LEDs as the CFLs and incandescent bulbs around our home wear out.
Highly recommended!
