It is hard to believe that a halogen reflector bulb can be made better, but with the new IR coating technology the same brightness is produced using fewer watts. The 37 watt bulb is as bright and beautiful as a 50 watt regular halogen lamp. The product is well made and produces a well dispersed flood light.
Lifetime is longer than many other bulbs too.
