Overall, The product has delivered as it's designed to do. Provide light. However, the initial fail rate was to high for myself. I usually purchase these at 100 at a time for professional landscaping re-lamps a few times a year. My first property of 40 lamps had a call back for 6 lamps out 2 days later, and 3 more a week later. Quality wasn't the greatest either, I found that most of these lamps that I installed a year ago didn't burn out by outlasting there rated hours, but that the lamp glass cracked, split, or seperated at there edge seam before there 2000hr life. The call backs alone run me 130hr, allot more expensive than saving $3 a lamp that fails. Customer service handled replacing the defective lamps without hassel at all, I give them credit they stood behind there product in that respect. For your home, go for it and I have too. For the professional trying to run a business, beware......

These bulbs perform well in the landscape applications that I purchased them for. They are proving to be an excellent value and I will continue to use these in current applications.
