The Toshiba E-Core 20P38830FL35 PAR38 is a high quality 120 volt LED replacement lamp. The PAR38 is a highly efficient LED lamp which uses only 20.3 watts of energy, significantly reducing your carbon footprint while maintaining a very high quality of light. The PAR38 has an Edison medium E26 base, which makes it ideal for retail lighting, museum lighting, hospitality lighting, accent lighting, recessed lighting, and architectural lighting. All Toshiba E-Core LED products have been manufactured in accordance with RoHS standards, and unlike compact fluorescent products, E-Core lamps contain no mercury.

I need to replace standard 6 inch can floods in my home studio/office. As an artist, I need very good light when working at night. I replaced 2 of 10 of the old incandescent 60 watts with these and there is a noticeable improvement! These bulbs are much brighter and the 3000 is a cooler crisper light than the incandescent but NOT blueish, and perfect for an office. They have a fairly narrow spot. I think I would use 2700 warmth in a living type area. I wish they could get the price point DOWN so I could buy more!

These Toshiba LED floodlights were replacements to compact fluorescent lights which kept burning out in an extremely hostile weather environment. (Cold, driving rains, and high winds.) These lights require going up a 24' ladder to change, so I don't want to do it frequently. These LEDs will solve the problem! They are also faster ignition.
The biggest con is the price. At $62.49 per bulb we couldn't afford to put them in all the fixtures.
