This quartz restrike module includes a double contact bayonet socket, 18 inch, 150 degree lead wires, and a mounting bracket. They typically use a 100 to 250 watt T4 quartz halogen lamp, which is not included. Please note: When calculating line amperage requirements, the amperage rating for both the ballast and auxiliary lamp must be added into the circuit load.
