This product saved me some money!
We raise American Quarterhorses. To keep their haircoat in show shape condition, for years we used a 200w clear incandescent bulb for our horses. These are on a timer for appox. 16 hours a day. The light tricks their system into thinking its summer all the time. And, these bulbs usually didn't last long in the heat and cold. I now use these 65 watt bulbs and get the same results from using the 200 watt bulbs. With as many as eight of these in use at a time, i find a savings in my energy costs.
