Rated 3 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by This type of bulb is fantastic! My husband and I remodeled our kitchen. We were looking for a CFL that would give us the warm light that we wanted. There are so many bulbs out there that have white light. With the under cabinet lighting, we thought a 2700 bulb would be the ticket.! You do not have to wait for the bulb to warm up! Wow! It is warm light and dimmable! It is the best. We give this bulb a fiive star rating. May 4, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Slow to warm up, loud buzzing Be careful when buying these. I installed approx. 30 of these in multiple rooms in our house. They are not instant-on, take a couple minutes to warm up to full brightness, buzz loudly at first, and continue to buzz after warming up. They do not dim very low on a couple different dimmers, and tend to flicker or drop out. I know this is partly the dimmer, but tested a couple lower wattage LED bulbs that dimmed better. I've also had 2-3 bulbs of the ~30 fail in the first few months of use. Overall, I would stay away from these and the similar TCP TruDim bulbs (I had the same experience with the others bulbs in this line, and yes I broke them in as directed). January 23, 2013
