the FR in the serial number is for 'Frosted'. But Frosted is not mentioned in the description, so you may end up with non frosted bulbs . 40T10-130V-FR-TF and 40T10-130V-TF pretty much have identical descriptions . Sadly in my case, i needed frosted, i got clear. Just giving a headsup
