The TCP TruDim really works well. However, make sure to use the proper dimmer switch that is either HED compatible or discloses that it dims CFL bulbs. Make sure to burn the bulb in for two hours at the highest setting. After these steps the bulb is truly remarkable in how it dims and the quality of the light.

My wife liked the brightness of the " daylight " color , but it puts out such a brilliant white color that we have since ordered the warm white, and will use these elsewhere. Dimable effect works good.

I am satisfied with the bulbs. However, be aware that Full Spectrum is an ill defined term. The light is very natural (bright northern skylight) but is not the biologically active light (anti SAD) that I wanted. I do not fault the vendor - my disappointment is due to my carelessness.
