Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bulb for the price, but very white First, I want to say this bulb was great for my application (a workbench in my garage), but it is truly "stark" white. Others who like a warmer tone may want to try the warm white version. Now, about the bulb. It works great! It doesn't require warm-up time, works with my Lutron dimmer, and I know it's saving TONS of money. On top of that, it's the least expensive LED bulb I could find that matched my specs. I had never heard of Kobi before, but I can say now that they're a great value. January 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Light Fits perfectly in recessed fixtures, has phenominal output and starts immediatly March 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very bright, good distribution pattern Compared to the 65 watt incandescent bulb I have in the other can light in my living room, this one seems much brighter. It does not have any yellow coloration to it, nor is it overly blue. the light distribution is excellent, it really spreads out nicely. May 11, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great light - once it is on Very good bulb, crisp light but there is a noticeable delay once you turn on the switch. So much that the first time I though I had bad bulbs and turned it off before they come on. After a few weeks almost used to the delay but still a little bothersome. May 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Price for LED with 5000K Ordered these for my new Kitchen and Family Room and love the instant On as well as the dimming capabilities of this bulb. Plus this bulb really does give 5000K which is the kind of light I wanted. Most other LED's in stores were pricey and only offered the warm white option. Highly recommend this and also 1000bulbs for quick and smooth shipping. October 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick starting and produces daylight. The bulbs are quick starting, which is the main reason I bought them. There is no warm up period. They reach maximum brightness in one second or less. I also like daylight, and 5000K seems like daylight. June 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Over-all good, as advertised. No harsh shadows but, seriously bright lights, once installed you will now notice the dust you missed, and the walls somehow need a fresh coat of paint. not exactly "dimmable" I installed the recommended dimmer and have found the range level is limited and they will flicker mid-range. Rated 5 out of 5 by I love the brightness and low electrical usage. This bulb easily replaced my R30 60 watt spots with a better brighter light. And the long lasting bulb and low wattage usage is a great plus. Makes the purchase worth every penny. I will buy more. April 29, 2012
