The diffused beam MSi iPAR30L27H21D creates a soft light that emulates incandescent PAR and R-Type bulbs. The custom frosted face of this LED lamp gives it the characteristic tight beam spread of the iPAR, but with softer, "feathered" edges and a more subtle transition between multiple light sources. The diffused beam iPAR is the preferred choice for recessed cans and wallwashing.

Using Powerband™
The iPAR™-30L lamp has three selectable power level settings. These settings are indicated by numbers molded onto the plastic neck of the lamp assembly, and are selected by adjusting the position of a plastic power ring supplied with the lamp. Turn the power ring so that the indexing mark aligns with the wattage setting to be selected. To activate the new setting, turn the lamp off for five seconds and then back on. The iPAR™-30L lamp is factory shipped with setting 2 (10 Watts) enabled.
The three settings are as follows:- Setting 1 - 8 Watts
- Setting 2 - 10 Watts
- Setting 3 - 12 Watts
