I've installed 36 on these bulbs in a long narrow hallway, the heat load has been cut to a fraction relative to the halogen bulbs that were in use and the low power consumption means these bulbs will start saving us money in a few years. Stylish and contemporary, they help reflect a sence of concern for the environment and a desire to maintain our facility as that of modern and evolving with our times.

Works perfectly in my reading lamp. Due to it being a narrow angle flood bulb, it shines only on my reading material, not into the eyes of others in the room, as did other types of bulbs I have used. Nice warm white light too.
