I've only used these new bulbs for a few minutes, after giving them time to power up. They seem to be excellent in that the light color and output are as expected. Time will tell if they are a true high-quality products. Since they seem to be, at least initially, I have given them a top rating. The prices was neither any great bargain nor a rip-off, thus I consider them to be an average value.

We ordered these bulbs to replace some 500 watt hard to access bulbs that created lots of heat and wasted lots of Dollars. We still have a couple of the old lights that we haven't changed out yet and we get several comments about how much brighter the new CFL's are. We have also tracked our energy cost and have noticed a decrease in electric consumption. We will be replacing all of our old bulbs with new CFL's soon and plan on using these bulbs to do so.
