The sales lady contacted me RIGHT AWAY and informed me some of my order would have to be back ordered. The salesman or tech rep from 1000 bulbs was very informative about new ballasts and bulbs. I had a technical book from GE, however his explanation was good guidance in selecting and confirming the correct ballast for my application. Thank you. (haven't had time yet to get the new T8 bulbs and ballasts installed, but am looking forward to the improved lighting)

This lamp was acceptable for our retrofit of 8 foot fixtures. Color was consistant and lamp appeared to be OK. We have had some quality issues out of the box, some didn't light.
